SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Message Types and Purpose

Atlas Growth sends only customer care and account-related SMS messages:

• Account onboarding instructions
• Password reset and security codes
• Appointment reminders for onboarding calls
• Platform status alerts and maintenance notifications
• Important service updates

We DO NOT send promotional messages, marketing campaigns, or contests via SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and platform usage. Typical frequency is limited to essential account and service notifications only.

Costs and Charges

Message and data rates may apply as charged by your mobile carrier. Atlas Growth does not charge fees for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.

Opt-Out and Cancellation

You can cancel SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages will be sent.
